IMPAQ Staff at the AHA Heart Walk
IMPAQ-ting Our Communities in Positive Ways
IMPAQ is committed to helping those in need through our work, but that commitment does not end at the doors of our offices. We recognize how fortunate we are to have a team that is dedicated to making an impact on the world around them. That is why we are also dedicated to empowering our employees with the tools they need to make an impact in their own communities.
Through community engagement, corporate giving, and our relationship with the American Heart Association, we are IMPAQ-ting people in positive ways.
IMPAQ International works to be a good corporate citizen by supporting activities and charitable organizations that are important to our staff. Through financial assistance, group participation, or the donation of our services, we aim to support the communities in which we live and do business.
IMPAQ’s corporate giving is driven by our staff interests. Once an employee has identified a cause they want to engage in, IMPAQ can provide a wide range of support, including logistics for fundraising, promotional activities, guidance, and a corporate match of funds raised by the employee’s efforts. For example, when an earthquake hit Nepal, our staff quickly raised money to support relief efforts.
Corporate Charity Partner
In addition to supporting the efforts of our staff to make a difference in their communities, IMPAQ International as an organization supports the American Heart Association, whose mission is to build healthier lives, free of stroke and cardiovascular diseases (the #1 cause of death in America). Through corporate and staff donations, we support the AHA’s mission, local initiatives, and heart health research and education.
IMPAQ’s sponsorship of AHA is a natural extension of our on-going mission and commitment to the work-life balance and overall well-being of our employees. With our participation in AHA Heart Walks, National Walking Day, CPR Training, and other activities, we are helping to spread the message of a healthier community free of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
