International Research Division

IMPAQ’s International Research Division, headquartered at our corporate office in Columbia, Maryland, supports the work of researchers engaged in international policy and economic development projects for multilateral organizations, government agencies, and private sector enterprises.  Our International Research Division staff is based in the U.S. and in various locations around the world.  

 

The focus of our international consulting work is to provide consulting and technical assistance services in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, social safety net programs, employment and training programs, unemployment insurance programs, health programs, policy development and evaluation, poverty alleviation, elimination of child labor, privatization, economic restructuring, and development of management information systems.  

 

Currently, IMPAQ operates two international offices.  In Turkey, IMPAQ has established a commercial office that is eligible to implement projects and to bid on new European Union tenders.  IMPAQ’s office in Turkey has established relationships with a number of local and international companies with project implementation experience in foreign countries.   In Georgia, IMPAQ recently registered a representative company to implement the Data Quality Review project for the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.
