Survey Operations Division
IMPAQ’s Survey Operations Division supports the design, administration, and analysis of survey data collected as part of larger evaluation projects conducted by IMPAQ, as well as the administration of “stand-alone” survey data collection efforts. Our Survey Operations Division currently includes more than 60 full- and part-time staff members, including our Survey Center Director and Assistant Survey Center Directors, supervisors, and telephone interviewers.
IMPAQ Supports Its Own In-House Survey Center
The centerpiece of the Survey Operations Division is our Survey Center, which is located at IMPAQ’s corporate offices in Columbia, MD. The IMPAQ Survey Center has more than 50 CATI (Computer-Aided Telephone Interview) work stations which are currently being utilized to implement several large-scale data collection projects, including the Job Corps National Survey Data Collection project and Project GATE.
IMPAQ’s Survey Center is equipped with integrated CATI, telephone systems, and VNC visual and audio monitoring systems which allow for multiple quality assurance monitoring capabilities. The IMPAQ Survey Center also provides clients with a private room to conduct visual and audio monitoring, while maintaining a view of the entire survey center. Our Survey Center also has remote monitoring capabilities.
IMPAQ’s Survey Center is open 7 days a week and maintains hours of operation from 9 a.m. to midnight (EST) to cover all available calling hours throughout the U.S.
