Dr. Tebeau (Ph.D., Political Science, Yale University) has extensive experience in health care policy development, research, and analysis.
Much of Dr. Tebeau’s work has focused on developing policy solutions for health information technology, hospital reform, and broader health care transformation. This has included work on developing standardized hospital community benefit and charity care policies, new payment methodologies for small and rural hospitals, and policies to govern intra- and inter-state health information exchange. She has worked with a variety of clients and stakeholders, including government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as non-profit and for-profit entities in the private sector.
At IMPAQ, Dr. Tebeau has contributed to a variety of projects, ranging from state-level Medicaid reform to federal ACA implementation.
