Ms. Kiana Moore is a Vice President, IMPAQ Health at IMPAQ International. She leads IMPAQ’s data analytics practice in our Health Division and focuses on accelerating programming and analytic skills across the company.
Ms. Moore brings extensive knowledge of the American healthcare system, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Affordable Care Act, as well as payment reform and health care reform issues. Ms. Moore is well versed in implementing large-scale federal programs. She has also led large data analytics teams and oversaw multiple significant big data projects for several federal government clients.
Ms. Moore has more than a decade of experience working on operations and program implementation projects for a wide range of federal and state clients including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Agriculture, US Agency for International Development, and the Department of Defense.
Prior to joining IMPAQ, Ms. Moore was the Director of the Healthcare Data Analysis Center at Social & Scientific Systems (SSS). At SSS, Ms. Moore led and advised a number of large data analytic projects that supported government decision making on critical domestic healthcare programs. Before SSS, Ms. Moore served as Program Manager at LMI where she led and supported a number of public health implementation programs for a variety of federal agencies.
Ms. Moore earned her Bachelors and Master’s degrees from the George Washington University in Systems Engineering & Computer Science and Engineering Management respectively.
