Ms. Sharon R. Benus is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of IMPAQ International, LLC.  In her role as CEO, Ms. Benus has overall responsibility for corporate operations, including financial, information technology, human resources, and administrative activities of the firm.

Dr. Jacob M. Benus serves as the Executive Director for Research at IMPAQ.  In this role, he brings more than thirty years of experience in research design and the implementation of evaluation projects for both domestic and international clients.
