Millennium Challenge Corporation - Impact Evaluation Services

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) assists countries through 5-year Compact Agreements to support poverty reduction through economic growth.  Compact Agreements are awarded to developing countries to support a variety of initiatives to reduce poverty, including projects in agriculture, small and medium enterprise support, financial sector development, infrastructure, land tenure, and education.

Under this contract, IMPAQ provides a full range of professional impact evaluation services.  IMPAQ supports The Millennium Challenge Corporation’s mission by facilitating independent impact evaluations of MCC programs, projects, and activities proposed by eligible countries.  IMPAQ provides recognized expertise in the field of economic development research, using advanced research methodologies and quasi-experimental designs.  IMPAQ also provides technical assistance to MCC and country staff to carry out required data collection activities, and contributes to the growing knowledge base on the effectiveness of development programs.
