IMPAQ is pleased to announce the completion of the CMS 2008 Chronic Conditions Public Use File (PUF). IMPAQ has previously completed eight Basic Stand Alone (BSA) PUFs including the CMS 2008 Inpatient Claims PUF. All PUFs are available on the CMS website.
