Competency Modeling Architecture

In support of a confidential client’s large-scale change initiative, AIR conducted a comprehensive job analysis and competency modeling project.  We created revised job descriptions; job documentation databases; and core, leadership, and technical and professional competencies for jobs within the organization. AIR worked with the client to plan and manage the implementation of the revised job descriptions and competency architecture into the client’s human resources systems for use in their HR and talent management processes.
