IMPAQ is currently providing technical assistance to support evaluation programs and improved operations both domestically and internationally.

IMPAQ provides expert technical assistance and consulting services in the areas of workforce development, labor policy, health care policy, privatization, poverty alleviation, and education both domestically and internationally. We have provided these services to government agencies, multilateral organizations, and the private sector.

Technical Assistance – Domestic Programs

IMPAQ specializes in providing technical assistance support to grantees responsible for administering and implementing existing government-funded programs or demonstration projects that are testing the efficacy of new policies, programs, or systems. IMPAQ has supported grantees in such areas as program design and start-up, development of data collection systems, establishment of procedures for supporting the evaluation of their programs, and efficient program delivery

Technical Assistance – International Development

IMPAQ staff has extensive international experience in working with foreign governments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in developing practical and effective approaches for dealing with labor issues, designing cost-effective labor programs, and creating and improving social protection and safety net policies. IMPAQ has monitored and evaluated the social impacts of privatization, as well as designed programs to mitigate the negative effects of privatization on vulnerable economic or demographic groups.
