IMPAQ and its partners, the Institute for Women’s Policy Research and the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity, are identifying, implementing, and evaluating promising strategies designed to increase the employment of women in occupations where females are traditionally under-represented. The goal of this intervention is to provide low- and medium-skilled women with exposure to the critical benefits of jobs in high-demand, high-growth sectors through brochures, posters, emails, text messages, websites, and social media content.

We are using a mixed-methods approach to evaluate the ability, impact, and sustainability of these targeted, behavioral interventions to meet this goal. This project highlights our expertise in a number of areas, including:

  • The implementation and evaluation of targeted recruitment and outreach interventions;
  • A range of female-specific workforce issues; and
  • The research and evaluation of behavioral interventions.

Our team consists of senior, experienced researchers with decades of experience in mixed methods research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, women’s workforce issues, and labor/workforce research.
