IMPAQ’s corporate giving is driven by our staff interests. To fundraise for their communities and causes they believe in, IMPAQ employees can apply for support from our Corporate Social Responsibility Program, which provides a wide range of support, including logistics for fundraising, promotional activities, guidance, and corporate matching funds.

IMPAQ’s Corporate Social Responsibility program is working to help mitigate the opioid crisis. Each of our five offices has chosen a local organization that is working in one or more of the areas of the US Department of Health and Human Services’ five-point strategy for solving the opioid epidemic: better data; better pain treatment; more addition prevention, treatment, and recovery services; more overdose reverses; and/or better research.

IMPAQ’s sponsorship of AHA is a natural extension of our on-going mission and commitment to the work-life balance and overall well-being of our employees.
With our participation in CPR training, wellness walks, flu shots, and monthly activities like our “New Me” contest, our Corporate Wellness Committee works with staff to raise awareness of positive health behavior, motivate employees to voluntarily adopt healthier behaviors, and provide opportunities and a supportive environment to foster positive lifestyle changes.
Our work together culminates in an annual Wellness Day Celebration with local organic food vendors, yoga studios, meditation instructors, massage therapists, medical providers, and fitness coaches to celebrate IMPAQ employees that have not only participated in the events throughout the year, but who have embraced the “New Me” spirit.
