Mr. Barry L. Harris is a Senior Research Associate and Project Manager in IMPAQ's Health Division. He manages projects for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) involving IMPAQ health subject matter experts and IT solutions experts.
Mr. Harris has extensive experience in program, project, and operational management. He has provided information technology and other consulting services to government, commercial, and not-for-profit organizations in a wide range of domains and industries.
Mr. Harris has more than twenty-five years of experience working with a wide range of clients including the Department of Defense, Department of State, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Federal Aviation Administration, and the National Institutes of Health. He has also consulted with numerous commercial clients including Chrysler, Deere, NASD, Lucent, and Fujitsu on the implementation of complex information and technology solutions.
Prior to joining IMPAQ, Mr. Harris was a Principal Project Manager at Oberon Technologies. Mr. Harris has held various management and technical positions in software implementation and professional services firms supporting life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense.
Mr. Harris earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland in Computer Science in 1981.
