Crystal Blake

Vice President, Institutional Development

Crystal Blake is vice president of institutional development at AIR. In her role, she focuses on institution-wide initiatives and collaborates closely with divisions on their long-term strategies and business development, aligning those goals and activities with those of the institution. Her responsibilities include business planning and forecasting at the institution level, development of knowledge management resources and tools, coordination of financial and business aspects of merger and acquisition activities, identification of new markets and channels for AIR-developed products and service lines, as well as oversight of institution-level partnerships/alliances.

Blake has worked in both finance and operations executive leadership roles throughout her career. Prior to joining AIR, Blake was a partner at a boutique management consulting firm, vice president at Thomson Learning Corporation, and chief financial officer at a Sylvan Ventures backed learning technology company.
