Pamela J. Keefe

Pamela J. Keefe is senior vice president and chief financial officer at AIR. She joined AIR in April 2024, and oversees key financial and operational functions that are crucial to AIR’s mission-focused work, including finance, contracting, investments, purchasing, and more. She is a member of AIR’s executive leadership team. 

Keefe has more than 30 years of experience in finance, with much of that time in senior leadership positions. Before joining AIR, she was senior vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer (2012-2024) at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), a non-profit research and development organization that seeks to address challenges facing the energy industry. At EPRI, Keefe had oversight of several functions related to finance, including accounting and treasury, taxes and auditing, sourcing, contract and risk management, government business practices and compliance, real estate, and facilities.

Keefe also served as senior vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer (2006-2012) for the Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, an investor-owned electric utility, and held leadership positions at IDX Systems Corporation, a developer of medical systems software. She has also held positions in the banking and financial services sectors.
