Robyn Madison-Harris

Senior TA Consultant

Robyn Madison is a senior technical assistance consultant in the Education Systems and Policy program at AIR. Her primary responsibilities include supporting many AIR project teams with advancing diversity-equity-inclusion and cultural and linguistic competence through their work with each other as colleagues and with our external constituency. Dr. Madison works with state and local agencies in educator recruitment, preparation, professional development, and retention.

She is currently the state liaison and partnership co-lead for the Regional Education Laboratory Southwest Supporting Early Career and Aspiring Teachers Partnership in Louisiana, and a team leader with the Region 12 Comprehensive Center Community of Practice for strengthening and diversifying the educator workforce. Dr. Madison also designs and delivers technical assistance and professional development, conducts research, and facilitates data-focused inquiry sessions to support education systems improvement and equitable access for educators and students. Previously, Dr. Madison was a secondary literacy teacher and leader at the school, district, and state education agency levels.
