IMPAQ Employees Engage In Causes They Believe In

Wednesday, April 29, 2015

IMPAQ is committed to helping those in need through our work, but that commitment does not end at the doors of our offices. We recognize how fortunate we are to have a team that is dedicated to making an impact on the people around them. That is why we are also dedicated to empowering our employees with the tools they need to make an impact in their own communities.

Through our fundraising match program, IMPAQ is proud to have supported our Director of Corporate Communications, Dan Kaplan, in raising money for a cause he believes in. Dan just returned from a Climb For Hope expedition to Mt. Whitney, the highest mountain in the continental United States. His team not only successfully summited, but they also raised over $20,000 to support breast cancer vaccine research at Johns Hopkins University.

After returning to the office, Dan noted that, “this was one of the most challenging things I’ve done, but having an employer that supported our efforts really helped motivate me to make a difference.”
