Project Updates

IMPAQ’s Communications Solutions Division is preparing for the 20th National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect (NCCAN), which will be held in Washington, DC from August 31-September 2. The conference is sponsored by the Children’s Bureau’s Office on Child Abuse and Neglect and it will bring together approximately 1,200 professionals, researchers, policy makers, parents, and volunteers who share a commitment to ensuring the well-being of children and families. In addition, our team is managing 14 separate, 2-day grantee meetings leading into the conference. Additional information about the conference and registration can be found at

Anne Chamberlain, Zachary Miller, Steve Coy, and Sam Walters recently returned from a site visit in Reno, Nevada for our work on the Truckee Meadows Healthy Communities Collective Impact Initiative project. During the visit, Anne and Zach facilitated a meeting of Truckee Meadows Health Communities, a collective impact initiative engaging diverse local partners to shape a healthier, greater Reno community.
