IMPAQ Your World - January 9, 2017

Monday, January 9, 2017

Watch the video below to view IMPAQ Your World, where we cover the work IMPAQ International is doing to evaluate and enhance public programs and policy.

Project Updates

IMPAQ’s Labor & Human Services Division recently completed its evaluation of the customer experience of American Job Centers (AJC) for the U.S. Department of Labor. The evaluation blended numerous data collection methods with behavioral science insights. In addition, our exploratory study provides much-needed perspective from AJC customers themselves. IMPAQ’s team included Eileen Poe-Yamagata, Anne Chamberlain, Yang Chen, Clancy Bertane, and Jessica Cadima.

CMS’s new Enhanced Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Model, which we have been working on for over a year, went live January 1st. The model we are implementing and monitoring will give prescription drug plans and pharmacists more flexibility in providing innovative medication therapy management services to patients.

For more than 10 years, IMPAQ has been a member of the American Economic Association and has participated in the Allied Social Science Association Annual Meeting. This past weekend, we attended, recruited, and hosted an invitation-only reception at the meeting in Chicago, IL.
