Project Update

IMPAQ’s Livelihoods Services Evaluation is studying if and how Department of Labor programs are influencing rates of child and forced labor in four countries: Myanmar, Brazil, Uganda, and Rwanda.

  • Sandeep Shetty just finished the first round of data collection in Myanmar, where he spoke with program stakeholders and implementers to understand the initial phase of program implementation.
  • Bruno Gasperini is currently in Brazil where he is collecting similar data on a program designed to reduce forced labor.
