IMPAQ Sponsors the SID-Washington Annual Dinner

December 8, 2017

IMPAQ will sponsor the Society for International Development, Washington, DC Chapter (SID-Washington) Annual Dinner on December 8 in Washington, DC. More than 700 international development professionals will gather to network and celebrate. Attendees include international development professionals from NGOs, the private sector, government agencies, universities, think tanks, consulting firms, and other organizations working in all sectors of development.

This year, SID-Washington is honoring Admiral James Stavridis (Ret.), Dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, who will receive the Award for Leadership in Development for his exceptional contributions to our field and his powerful support of soft power and international development programs.

About the SID-Washington Chapter

SID-Washington is the largest and most active chapter of SID, an international network founded in 1957 to serve as a global forum dedicated to sustainable economic, social and political development. Through the locally-driven programs of our member organizations and individuals, the majority of whom work on the front lines of development, we are uniquely positioned to inform and promote more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable international development.
