Minh Huynh Presents at ACM SIGKDD International Conference

Dr. Minh Huynh

IMPAQ Managing Director & Principal Research Associate Dr. Minh Huynh will present “Batch model for batched timestamps data analysis with application to the SSA disability program” at the 22nd Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (SIGKDD) International Conference. The conference is the premier international conference on machine learning and data mining and will take place in San Francisco from August 13-17. Dr. Minh will present during the Applied Data Science Session from 1:45-3:45 PM on Monday, August 15. The manuscript, co-authored with several peers from the National Institutes of Health, will also be published in the conference proceedings.

Dr. Huynh has more than 15 years of experience leading and participating in projects involving both quantitative and qualitative program evaluations and policy analyses for both public and private sector organizations. Prior to joining IMPAQ, Dr. Huynh was the Chief of the Office of Economic Policy and Analysis at the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy (OASP) at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), where he led teams of economists to conduct economic and regulatory analyses.
