IMPAQ International’s Education Division has hired Dr. Fran O’Reilly as a Managing Director and Principal Research Associate. Dr. O’Reilly will be providing leadership, including strategic direction, portfolio oversight, client relationships, and new business development to the Education Division.
Dr. O’Reilly comes to IMPAQ with more than 30 years of experience in K-12 education and social policy research and evaluation, including school improvement, teacher quality, special needs, and education finance.

Her experience working with education policymakers and practitioners -- both at the federal level and in the Northeast -- will help IMPAQ continue its significant growth and reputation as a leader in education research.”
Dr. O’Reilly’s duties will also include leading and growing IMPAQ’s Boston office, located at 60 William Street, Suite 100, Wellesley, MA 02481. IMPAQ opened its Boston office on June 1, 2015, to better recruit researchers in the Boston area, and to provide research and evaluation services in the Northeast.
Prior to joining IMPAQ, Dr. O’Reilly was President of Evidence-Based Education Research & Evaluation (EBERE), LLC, in Cambridge, MA. She has an Ed.D. and an Ed.M. from Harvard University, an M.A. from Catholic University, and a B.S. from the University of Maryland.
