For Immediate Release

IMPAQ International has hired Martha R. W. Kelly, as Senior Vice President, Technology & Advanced Analytics. Ms. Kelly is responsible for helping our clients utilize data-driven decision making to enhance public programs and policy.

“We are excited to have Martha join our team,” said CEO Avi Benus. “IMPAQ recognizes the opportunity to solve complex social issues with data science and, under Martha’s leadership, our new Technology & Advanced Analytics Division will help government agencies leverage big data.”

Policy makers and program managers, at all levels, are challenged by integrating disparate data sources, ensuring integrity and security, linking data sets, and simply dealing with the sheer volume of information.

“This is an exciting time to join IMPAQ,” said Ms. Kelly. “I have long been impressed with their evaluation capabilities, and my experience in advanced analytics is a natural fit. I look forward to working with IMPAQ’s talented team to improve government efficiency, predict outcomes, and identify cost-saving opportunities for our clients.”

Ms. Kelly brings 20 years of experience in program evaluation, policy analysis, and technology experience across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining IMPAQ, Ms. Kelly was Finance Director/Senior Research Director for Acumen, LLC. She spent more than 15 years at the Government Accountability Office and has lead national research studies for Congress, examining the operations and impact of Medicare, Medicaid, and other health systems operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense.

Ms. Kelly has a Master of Science in Public Health from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
