IMPAQ International welcomes Frost Hubbard as Principal Research Associate in our Survey Solutions Division. Mr. Hubbard is one of several key hires IMPAQ is making to help the company scale and manage rapid growth.
Mr. Hubbard comes to IMPAQ with 12 years of survey research experience. At IMPAQ he will be responsible for survey methodology, including sample design, sample selection, and monitoring data collection.
“Frost is a great addition to our team,” said Executive Vice President Tina Barretto. “His deep experience with survey design and methodology will help us continue to increase response rates and survey quality while maintaining costs.”

Mr. Hubbard comes to IMPAQ from the University of Michigan’s Survey Research Center, where he was Senior Research Associate and previously the Director of the Statistics and Methods.
Mr. Hubbard has a Master of Science in Survey Methodology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bates College. He will work remotely from Ann Arbor, Michigan where he lives with his wife and two children.
