IMPAQ evaluated data from training exams and follow-up surveys to determine whether or not an online training program co-developed by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Department of Housing and Urban Development increases what HIV/AIDS service providers know and what they do to encourage their clients to seek employment. This evaluation will be used to improve future online training programs for HIV/AIDS service providers.
We reviewed data from exams embedded in the curriculum as well as follow-up surveys from individuals who complete the training successfully.
