IMPAQ supported the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor by conducting a process study of the Job Corps program. The goal of the evaluation was to explore and identify center-level practices that are associated with high- and low- performing centers. Specific tasks performed include: the conduct of interviews with Job Corps management, site visits to selected Job Corps Centers, administration and analysis of a survey of the universe of Job Corps Center Directors and development of a final report summarizing the findings and recommendations from the study.
